What security software do you guys use? I"m curious if there's any overlap, if this is a factor.

i use bitdefender total security 2013

I used to have avira, but I uninstalled it along with the registry files in hopes of fixing the problem.

Didn't work, so I don't have any installed at the moment.

Unless advanced system care counts.

so i just confirmed that it is something to do with our computers. i just installed it onto my brothers computer and it worked fine.

just out of couriosity, what type of computer do you use? i have an acer and the computer that i tried it on is an hp. Just trying to see if there is a connection
