Code 401 - only started playing yesterday

So, the dreaded code 401 error - does this really mean I'm banned. Origin is acting up today (hidden games in my library are not, and can not be hidden anymore, for instance).

Also, how do I start a chat with EA's tech support? Can't seem to find the option anymore. I'm from Portugal, so a telephone call is not really an option.
