I've recently installed the Titanfall free trial (yes I still find that game interesting) and my 48 hours of being able to play the game have passed, so I went into my library,clicked on Titanfall, view in store and then buy but it just says I already have this game in my library. I've tried browsing the game and then buying but that didn't work either. I can't play it or buy it, the only solution I can think of is making another profile and then buying it as a gift to my real profile, but I'm not sure if I can keep my progress that way. Please help.

@ShadowMist336 Thanks for the post (and yes Titanfall is still awesome). Can you try logging into the Origin webpage with the same account and try to buy the game from there instead?

@ShadowMist336 Sorry for the slow response, I was away for the weekend.
Looking into this it reaching out to support is the best way forward. They should be able to tweak your account to let the purchase go through.

This is some weird stuff, I can't even contact EA, I tried the chat and I either can't click the request chat button or when I click chat it opens a pop up window for other solutions, I'm starting to lose hope

No matter how hard I try, it still doesn't work. I there another way to contact them or maybe fix this myself?
