A couple game altering issues with Titanfall on Xbox One

I have noticed a couple issues the last week or so that, while not game killers, are really annoying.

A) There are times where instead of boarding the dropship I have fallen right through it;

B) I have failed to get kills scored to me even in situations where there is something like an animation (i.e. a melee kill or pulling the pilot out of a titan.)

Both of these issues have occured in multiple game modes across various maps. Has anyone else had these problems and if so are there fixes planned?
