xbox360 credits/achievements xbox1 [ Edited ]

There are questions about playing the 360 download on the xbox1 but I went ahead and repurchased it for the xbox one. Problem is that while it recognizes my profile, it will not grant me the achievements or generation levels I had on the 360. Other games such as Destiny came right up with all my 360 stats with no problem. Is there a way to get these stats/achievements and Gen level to transfer? Though I love the game, going through the boring process of the Gen levels was tedious and thus starting from 0 may be where I have to call it quits.
