i bought my dad titanfall hes has played it for some time now. but resently he has not been able to sign in it just keeps saying sign in an he is. i sign in with my profile an it works. i uninstalled it an downloaded it yesterday but its still doing the same thing. an he still has 6 months left on this gold membership with xbox i know cuz i bought it. i need help please! an your new customer thing you got going on sucks cuz i would rather talk to someone an i cant find that at help.ea.com sorry.

Have you already tried to delete his profile from the console in order to re-install it after? That might solve your issue if the profile got damaged.
