Titanfall 2 freezes and tells me it is no longer responding It constantly does this whenever i'm in the multiplayer menu or sometimes loading in the singleplayer. I have tried reinstalling my game, repairing, and updating my drivers and nothing has worked for me. I also have an issue where sometimes my frames drop for a few seconds when I move my mouse. Is there any fix to these problems?

A full, clean video driver reinstall has a good chance to help here.
If you have an AMD GPU, run this uninstaller before running the driver setup: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
If nvidia, choose custom/advanced during the driver setup and then choose Clean Install.
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

After doing the clean uninstall and reinstalling the drivers I no longer freeze. However I still have the fps drop issue when I move my mouse around once in a while.

Do you only see FPS drops in specific areas? Is the issue reproducible, can you cause the performance drops to happen?

the fps drops are pretty spontaneous, so I don't know when they'll happen. For the most part I believe I've had these drops on all areas of the game so I don't believe it to be happening in specific areas.

What do you have Adaptive Resolution Target set to?
Does your mouse have a very high polling rate?
