Auto Team balance - Xbox One

Hi,

I appear to be suffering when joining virtually every game type. 

The players levels often arent fairly matched, whether I'm prestige 3 and everyone else on my team is level 10, whilst facing an entire prestige 10 opposite team. This will continue to carry over into every match.

Alternatively I've been in fairly ranked matches, but it's been 2 vs 5. A player will join and still end up on the 5 player team?! So it becomes 2 vs 6. Whilst our team continues to suffer, the team with the most players will always obtain the new players is theres space.

I can't be the only player experiencing this. Anyone else facing these issues?
