Access violation in materialsystem_dx11.dll

★ Novice

Somehow in v1.0.7.2 (pc Win7x64), after weeks of fine gameplay, there suddenly arises a seemingly very old code bug in the Materialsystem module.

The worst part of all, there was nothing changed on the system. There were no updates performed and there are no hardware changes..

I had origin repair the game, also did I update the gtx660's driver to the latest version. And I unleashed GeForce Experience to optimize the settings as it does perfectly for other games. This doesn't fix the access violatio bug.

Any news on when there is a fixed module pushed in the upates?

This seems to be a chip bug. Crysis 3 had similar issues.

Underclock of Overvolt your chip. (-25 MHz and + 50 mV is enough for my gtx660)

Issue existing since March 2014. Isn't that around the release?

Hello everyone. I'm running GeForce 650 Ti and after a match or two in the middle of nowhere my game crashes and I get stuck into that problem.

If anyone has found a solution yet please be that kind and tell me. I love that game and I'm so pissed off that I'm about to delete it and never play that again.

Thanks in advance.
