This answer is for the players that are not being paid their 7 and 30 day point streaks.
I had the same problem, as did quite a few other players. The fix is very simple, although a little frustrating, but, if you do what I suggest, you should have no more problems acquiring what you're supposed to.
You will need to not play TWO for a full 24 hour period, and you must sign out prior to EA resetting the game servers. This game comes from the Tiberon Studios in Orlando Florida U.S.A.. I am on the west coast in California, so when I signed out, I did so prior to 10:00 P.M. PDT my time. California is 3 hours earlier than where this game originates, so you will need to adjust your time accordingly. When I signed back in the next night, I did so after 10:00 P.M. to be on the safe side. I have not missed one 7, nor 30 day point's payout streak since.
You must completely stay out of the game for the full 24 hour period. You can not sign in for your points, just stay out.
I truly hope this works out for those with this problem. It worked for me, and most everyone else that I know of. Happy golfing.
