i cannot register a new game

I cannot register my new sims medieval and  therefore I can not download it to play.  Sims3 community also will not let me register my original sims3 game code that i have been playing on for a few months now.  this has been a very agonizing process and I would not recommend anyone buy games that are only downloadable!

If you bought the game as digital download version from Origin, you don't have to register it anywhere anymore. The game is automatically registered to your Origin account and you can download and play it from within your Origin client. You can download the client from here:

i see that they're supposed to be already registered automatically, but then why does my "Mass Effect 2" PC version not show up in the registered games list on bioware? although it is playable and registered thru origin, where i made the purchase..
