Sims Medieval lost save

Hi,

recently I've had to reset the OS on my laptop so I have had to reinstall all my sims games. When launching sims medieval I've noticed my save is no longer there! I've spent houuurrsssss on this game and have pretty much finished building the kingdom up so I will be so upset I've lost all that. Is there any way I can get my save back?
