Sims Medieval Invalid Serial Code. Cannot Play Game without!

Well I have a long day of customer service contact behind me...

Same issue.

I even got my games deleted and just got ONE of both restored.

I tried anything so far.

from deleting cache files and getting new also invalid product keys.

Does this date setback thing do the trick?

Funny thing is- I was able to play it two months ago. without any problems.

I don´t know how it got messed up but is a pity.

There is good news to report today. Sims Medieval is now playable again on the Mac. I cannot confirm anything for Windows. However, the game now bypasses the Launcher, but is dependent on Origin and an Internet connection to play. If you own a Digital version of the game, launch Origin, find Sims Medieval, right click on the game and choose to update the game and you should be good to go once the update has downloaded and installed.

That's what I've been told. I've never registered my copy with Origin, so I cannot confirm. I play my copy offline.

I can confirm its working on mac! I have the pirates and nobles addon, and I just downloaded anything again onto origin on a new macbook pro late 2016. I am playing it right now! FINALLY!!!! Bless whoever at EA finally stepped up and fixed it. I hope its working for everyone now...

Seems that the game is still broken for PC.  I just tried playing it for the first time today and it won't work, even trying the date and time switch with and without the DLC, it's just plain broken still.  Anyone able to get it to work on PC from Steam?

Have you tried registering your original purchase code with Origin? That is the only way to get the game to work. If it still gives you the invalid code and you have proof of purchase (such as cover of the DVD disk or Amazon receipt screen shot), contact EA support to give you a new code to register and download the game from.

This was 2 years ago and Origin still has not fixed this problem... I am currently experiencing the same thing.

Have you tried my solution above? Or if you just recently purchased the game, EA gives refunds within 24 hours. You will need to contact EA Customer Support for refunds.
