Installation problems for sims medieval

Hello,

Everytime i install the game nothing seems to be wrong, but when i launch the game, after the opening tale and the loading screen og get a message telling me that the instalation is not correct and i have to reinstall. I have don so twice now but the same problem appeared. I tried to register my game on thesims.com, but for some reason unknown the productkey is af product key for The Sims 3 and not Sims Medieval.
