How do you reload the sims 3 medieval

I have just downloaded the sims medieval. And I putted the wrong ID-code. And now I cant play the game. Can u please help me by telling me how to redownlaod it?

Hi @jasminohlund,

Is it not asking you to introduce the code again when you press Play in Origin?

You can right click on the game in Origin and select 'Uninstall' to uninstall your game. That will allow you to download it again.

If this doesn't help, could you tell us if your are in a PC or Mac computer?

By ID-code you mean the game code or your EA account ID?

Please, give us as much information as possible. Which error are you getting when you try to play the game?

Well, it doesn't let me play the game.
