Hi @pasdutout,

The game you registered, is it The Sims Medieval (base game)? Keep in mind that The Sims Medieval Pirates & Nobles, as a DLC, needs the base game to work. It doesn't show in Origin as a separate title, but under the extra content of The Sims Medieval (base game).

That would explain why it doesn't appear in your library Wondering

Hi @pasdutout,

You should be able to see your games in your Game Library in Origin.

origin

If you can't see your game, try to log off and log in again to reload your game list.

If that doesn't work, use the filters in the top right corner of your Origin library and make sure the game is not hidden for some reason.

Any luck? Let me know if you have any questions Wink

Hi @EA_Mai,

But I can't see it anywhere including Game Library in Origin.

I was loging off and logging in, even uninstaling the aplication.

It's not hidden.

And there's a problem because, when I'm trying to write an activation code again it's saying that this code  has been used.
