help please?????

So a while ago (I'd say about a year ago) I bought the sims3 game, along with the sims pets and sims supernatural expansion packs. The sims3 was the full starter pack which comes with the original game, late night expansion pack, and the high-end loft stuff. Which all seemed to download fine. But the other two expansion packs, pets and supernatural, refuse to download. I'm pretty sure my mom threw away the recite. What do I do now?

Can you please be a little more specific? What happens when you click on the Download button, do you get an error message? Have you tried running the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
