Unable to start game?

I have recently purchased and downloaded the sims medieval (including the pirates one) game on my mac from Origen. But when I tried to launch the game it said 'unable to start game'. What should I do?

It probably has something to do with the fact that your game is a pirated copy. Pirated copies have a tendency to not function properly. Plus, by downloading a pirated copy, you may be causing problems for the game company.

lol no it is not a pirated game, its a game about pirates

Hi @Abbie618,

It's possible a file was downloaded or installed wrong and it's causing issues, could you please try to reinstall your game?

If that doesn't help, are you getting any error code with that error message?
