THE NETWORK IS HAVING PROBLEMS?

Trying to download Sims 3 to play on mac but keeps saying 'Network is having problems'. Although my internet connection is fine. Getting hugely frustrated as i've been trying to ages and no luck.

I'm sorry to read you are having issues to download your game, let me try to help!

Could you try to follow these steps?:

1. Shut down your computer.
2. Unplug your router.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug your router, and press the power button if your router has it.
5. Turn on your computer again.
6. Open Origin and try to download the game again.
