Since last update, all game data is gone

Since the last Origin update, all my game data from Sims4, SimCity, Sims3, Sims Medieval is gone. All screen settings have changed so I can't get to the settings icon to change them back. What the heck is going on? How do I get my data back? I've tried opening the games from my hard drive and the same things happen. Thank you.

Are you using OneDrive or any other cloud saving services ?

Yes. I'm on a Mac computer and store my documents folder on an Apple server.
