(Mac) I can't log in from the Sims 3 launcher

I can't log in. Ive seen other people that have the same issues, but the solutions aren't working. Ive tried to log in, but all it does after I type in the information is bring me to a register page where i try to log in but then it asks me for my persona/gender. I can't even answer because the screen is zoomed in so I can only see half of the page. I tried to play and then log in from there  but it still didn't work. Please, I need help.
