The sims free play - Apps goes blank [ Edited ]

When i start the sims free play, it runs well and no problem occure, not a crash or forced close.

But, when i'm switching app or i minimalized the app, or even when i'm watching ads video and back to the sims free play app, the screen just showing blank, but the backsound of the sims still playing and if i randomly click on the blank screen, it clicked the object on the house.

I need help, i can't found similiar question on FAQ.
