Oh, sorry to read you run into this problem, @TSHARKx! I know it's been a while since your post (sorry about that!), are you still unable to play?
If so, let me try to help. First thing I would do is making sure it's not a memory cache issue by restarting my device. You would need to turn off your device completely, and turn it on again after a few seconds.
