Sims on Hudl not working

Hi, the app has recently updated to the halloween update and I've tried several days this week to load the game and it just says 'the sims free play has stopped working' help?!

Oh, sorry to read you run into this problem, @TSHARKx! I know it's been a while since your post (sorry about that!), are you still unable to play?

If so, let me try to help. First thing I would do is making sure it's not a memory cache issue by restarting my device. You would need to turn off your device completely, and turn it on again after a few seconds.

Does that help at all?
