Sims freeplay can't start a new game

I installed the Sims freeplay. When I click the "start new game" button the screen goes black for a few seconds and then it sends me back to the Playstore.
I tried to reach install 3 times but the same thing happens over and over.
I'm using a new Teclast 8" 4-core android tablet

Could you try to follow the steps in 'Clear your cache to check if you're synced properly' in this EA Help article?

After following those steps, try to start a new game again
