Sims 3 on another computer

I had sims 3 on my other computer now I have a new one and signed into my old origin account but it's saying my code has already been used?

Hi @seaweedqueen,

I have moved your thread to The Sims 3 board

You don't need to redeem your codes again, you can just go to your Game Library, click on The Sims 3 game and select 'Download'. That will download and install your games.

Aw thank you so much!!! I have found that I was putting in the incorrect information since I have two accounts it was very dumb of me but I got it :-) thank you very much for the response!!

Glad you found them!  Thanks for coming back to let us know what fixed it, don't be too mean with your sims
