Save Problems

When I try to go The Cloud on Sims Freeplay, it sys "Sorry, the cloud is not available because there is no social network." And when I click on Account Manager, it says "Sorry, there are no social networks available." When I try to collect gifts from the Party Boat, it says "Tap to collect Gifts!" But, there are no gifts there. I also only have one neighbor called "Another Sim Town." I would like some help on how to fix this. Thanks.

Do you still have the same issue? If you do, have you been able to connect to a Social account before or have these options always been missing for you?

Hi @Nya1904,

Where you using Facebook connected to The Sims FreePlay? If so, could you check if the game appears in your applications list in Facebook?: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

Also, keep in mind there's some age restrictions for mobile games, to protect children from using some online features. If you are not underage but introduced the wrong age when the game asked, that could explain why you are not getting the option to connect to social accounts.
