Hello.
I made several purchases within one day on The Sims Freeplay game. I noticed that I hadn't received my life points for one of my purchases made. I was dissatisfied with the result, but I know it is through no ones fault here. However, I do not desire the life points. I just want the $9.99 refunded to my bank account please. My bank account has already been charged so I am highly upset because of the situation only. With the time that has passed I do not desire the item. This can be corrected by refunding me one $9.99 purchase that I did not receive my life points on when the purchase was attempted.
