7 days ago I made a purchase in Sims Freeplay and haven´t received the package (Special Offer 2). I have sent 3 tickets to EA , 4 tickets to iTunes and 1 ticket to Apple. I already made all the steps in your articles to install, reinstall, close, delete, upload, download, reload, close, turn on, turn off, cloud, restore, open, close, screenshot, etc, etc... and nothing.
So, What do I have to do next?
