Laura Craft disappeared

I paid for Laura Craft after the trial period but she's gone now. Instead there's a notice board at the entrance of every house which I cannot interact with.

How do you use this Laura Craft. I just recently bought her but it shows to buy her again. The payment was successful so I don't know if she's supposed to appear somewhere and I can tap on her and use her or what.
