Hi @BeenVoracha,
Sometimes content could take up to 24h to appear in your account. If after waiting that time it still isn't showing in game, please, close all your apps, including the game, and then reboot your device.
If doing this doesn't fix the issue, open a support ticket as explained here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-FreePlay/INFORMATION-The-Sims-FreePlay-Support/m-p/1877383
