I have been charged 300,000 simoelons but I didn't get what I paid for

Hi there, so last night I paid 300,000 simoleons to buy another floor for my sims house but I didn't get my second floor. It's weird because every other time I have bought a second floor it has worked and I feel like I've wasted so much time saving all the money for this. What do I do?

Check when your game last backed up. If it was before you bought the floor, you can delete your game and restore it from backup. You lose whatever else you did in between, buy you'll get your money back.
