Help a sim at the policestation. PLEASE HELP!

When ever I send a sim to work at the police station to do the "help a sim at the policestation" task there's never another sim that shows up for me to click on their bubble for me to help them. Because of this I cannot move on to other tasks dealing with the policestation. It has been going on for awhile now. Please help I would like to move on in sims freeplay.

What quest is this task for. Is the sim you are send to the police station in the police occupation? If sims are not showing up with help request bubbles over their head you sim may not actually be working at the station just hangout.

Yes my sim is actually working. When i try to send another sim to work at the policestation as well it tells me i cant and that i have to finish the task first

can you post a screenshot of both your police station and the dialog box of the request please. Is this task asking you to help a special sim? A special sim would have a question mark in the bubble.
