If I bought something and I reset my game. The real money I invested will be returned to my credit card?

Hi @HenryATT,

As @martha4858 explains, LPs and SPs can't be retrieved if you reset the game. However, packs will still be in your game even if you reset it. You won't be refunded for these purchases, by reseting your game you wouldn't get the money back to your credit card. .

It depends on what you bought. If it was LPs or SPs then no, if it was a clothing or furniture pack then it should. If they're not showing up then you need to contact support.
