Can't move anything in an architect home

I've recently bought an architect home, but I can't move anything above the first floor. It keeps saying that a sim is using the object even though I have no sims in that house. The house cost 8 million, and took 3 days to build, but I used 24 life points once it got to 24 hours. What can I do? The house has lots of furniture I want to have.

I also had this issue and talked to Sims Freeplay Support about it. They said they were working on fixing the issue and offered to pay me back what I had payed for the house, which I declined because it wasn't about the money for me. I had only bought the house for the furniture.

If you're looking for financial compensation, I would take it up with them. Otherwise, we'll just have to wait and see if the issue gets fixed.
