stereo's are all broken

None of my stereo will work. usually I get a little gear on my mouse curser and the stereo highlights to click. Nothing happens anymore...it's like they're all dead. I tried repairing the game...re-installing it. Is this only me? =/ I'm honestly at a loss at this point.

Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them
