I pre ordered the sims 4, i went to play on it the other day after i hadn't for a while but it says i need a code? i preordered it off Origin, i've looked through all my emails and i've been sent nothing so now i can't play it! help??

Can you check you are login on the account you used when you had preorder the game ? If you are not sure, you will have to contact a game advisor here : http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4

Hey, were you able to play at launch? Can you double check that you're logged into the same Origin account that you used when you pre-ordered/first played the game?
