new cc isn't working

Hi, I've had a few custom content before, but I have tried downloading cc recently and it's not showing up. The resource file is still there, but all of my past cc in the folder is gone and all of the cc that won't show up is in there. I've tried putting the mods folder onto my desktop, but that hasn't seemed to work.

Try using [links like these are not allowed] and run that to see if there are any corrupted files
