Hi I have a problem. I know this sounds really stupid but what do i have to do to ground a kid or teen. What options or actions do i have to click or do to ground someone, this is really embarrassing but can someone help?
you need a higher parenting skill (I think it's level 5) in order to ground the teens.

Toddlers can only use it once the kids and up have built something. I think the toddlers only applies to the imagination skill. The description is a bit off.
So, have a child and up build something, then let the toddler play with it
