Sims 4 crashes just after launch

When I try to launch the sims 4, the game starts launching, as in it turns my screen black as if it is about to load in, but then it crashes.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

EDIT: there are also no mods or anything. I just downloaded it.
