Sims 4 Game freezes but time goes on {Need Answers}

Whenever my sims are going to school or work at the same time, the game freezes but the time still goes on. Its very frustrating because my sims go to school and work late and i have to wait until it unfreezes which takes several minutes. {TELL THE SIMS MAKERS TO FIX HIS PROBLEM BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW}

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
