Sim is stuck in a wall at work, cannot zoom/unzoom either. [ Edited ]

My sim went to work and is now stuck inside of a wall. I have tried the testingcheatsenabled true code and the resetSim Firstname Lastname code and nothing worked at all. She just kind of flapped her arm and stayed in place for the reset code. Also, it wont let me zoom in or out of the game anymore.. Can someone help?

Try the cheat bb.enablefreebuild, you'll be able to edit the lot that, and try getting her loose that way. 
If it doesn't work try bb.moveobjects on/off and see if you can move her, or place something on the place where she is standing.
