My sims don't show on screen??

i was wondering why none of my sims are showing up???? and if i click on one of the houses then it stays on the loading screen forever??? if it helps, i deleted the sims and redownloaded it because i wanted to change it into korean so my cousin could play. thank you!!!

Try repairing the game through Origin then by right-clicking on the base game and hitting repair game.

these kind of errors are most often mods/cc related.

If you're using any, please remove them and try again.

uhhhh that's the thing... i have never used any mods or custom content? what else would have been the cause?
