My sims 4 game is broken.

I got my sims 4 game for Christmas last year. Everything was running smoothly until I updated my computer to windows 10. My sims 4 game comes up with a message, in the right corner saying..

Ts4_'x64

press ctrl +alt + insert -to toggle this info.

I pressed ctrl, alt and insert  but the game still is funny.

Im not sure what this means but I want it to go. Its also messing up the graphics of the game. The sims and the neighbourhood are split in two pieces one is red one is the sims. I am really annoyed at this and I really want to fix it as I enjoy this game very much. even when I take a screenshot the sims look fine but the background is still greyish brown. Please help.
