I cant open The Sims 4

I am trying to open the Sims 4 on Origin. But every time I do, it loads and then exits out and comes up with a message saying"Unable to start:

 

Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that Origin is running before attempting to play The Sims 4.

 

[d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:00000000] "

 

Even though I tried to open The Sims 4 on origin.

try reinstalling Origin

I have tried reinstalling Origin but that did not work. And I have a PC.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

You can attach the txt file to your post directly.

 

 

Also, try if it starts if you do a clean boot: https://help.ea.com/uk/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
