I Can't Bring Up the Cheats Console

I have tried the 1230 cheat and entering CAS and going back in game. I only own The Sims 4, Nothing runs in the background. Does anyone know why it won't show?

Um... Yes? That's how you bring up the cheat console unless there's another way.

Before I posted this forum there was someone else having my problem and someone suggested they press 1 2 3 0 and the console might show

Do the keys all work? Could it be your screen is cut of at the console placement? Do you have mods/CC in game?

1. Yes, All my keys work fine.

2. I have the biggest resolution and quite large laptop screen so , No that's not the problem.

3. No, Not on this PC.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I have been having this problem since the update too. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Very annoying.
