Family inventory inaccessible?

It says family inventory is not accessible in free build mode? I don't know how I got in free build mode in the first place. Help.

Hi caseyforeverify,

When entering your household, you probably clicked on the building button instead of in the "play" button. If that happens again, when you are already in build mode, look for a button on the top right corner of the screen which purpose is to return you to the "Manage Worlds".

When choosing the household you want to play with, if the "play" button doesn't appear, it's because there aren't sims living in that house.
