[TROUBLESHOOT] Inventory empty aging up from Toddler to Child [ Edited ]

My toddler aged up to child and now his inventory is empty.

I know he as a toddler had a tablet and around 10 frogs in his inventory,

all those things are now gone.

The toddler/child is a vampire dont know if that has anything to do with it.

I have no mods in my game.

Was it a one time thing or does it always happen ?

No I just had another toddler aging up in the same family - and that toddler kept all

the belongings it had. So not sure if it is a one time thing - or an occasional thing.

I'm going to leave this on troubleshoot for now.

Please come back if it happens more often. If it's just a one-time thing, it will be very hard to track down.

This happens to me all the time as well.  My sims are also vampires, so not sure if that has anything to do with it as well, but it doesn't happen upon aging up for me.  It seems to happen when one of my sims leaves the lot, say to go to the gym, and then when they return, everything in my toddler's inventory is gone.  The items can typically be found in their parents' inventory though.
