[FIXED] Sims wearing wrong outfits at venues/parties

Sims are wearing everyday 1 to the clubs and lounges now. They used to dress up in their party outfits. Why are outfits so messed up. I think this goes along with the bug of the bartenders and maids wearing everyday outfits too.

I added that.

They did make some changes to correct the issue where Sims never changed clothing at all so maybe they broke something in the process.

When my Sims arrive to community lots with set dress codes, they don't load in the correct outfits.

Lounge = Formal

Night Club = Party

They are wearing the last outfit they were in. I tried single and multiple outfits and I will get the same outcome.
