[OPEN] Sims Eat Off Invisible Plates

hi, my sim was "cleaning up" but when she was bringing the "plates" to the sink she was holding nothing... but her hand looked like she was, it happens to me often and its really annoying please let me know how to fix it!(i also attatched a screenshot)
