Issue

Popcorn machine disappears. It's not in the household's inventory either.

Steps you took for Issue to occur

I play with one sim in my household. She is a scientist. This happened when I went to work with her being the popcorn machine empty. I didn't use MOO to place the machine. I think it didn't happen everyday.

Where does the bug occur ?

In one specific savegame, I tried to replicate it in a new one but I couldn't.

Mods/CC

I had mods and CC in my game. I removed them to check if it kept happening.

Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs

All of them except Luxury Party.

Occurring since

The release of Movie Hangout (v.1.14).

Have this same issue, it disappears whenever my sim travels off the lot.  I do not have any mods or custom content installed.

Good to know that it's not just me. I don't notice mine missing until after saving and returning to the game.

Do you have a maid ? Was this a one time incident or happen regularly ?

Yes, I have a maid and no I  have had 4 poppers vanish.  I have cancelled the maid services,saved the game and then exited the game. Once I  restarted and returned to the house  with the vanishing popcorn popper  the popper is where I placed it.

So canceling the maid made it reappear or did you re-place it and it hasn't disappeared since you canceled the maid ?

I played for a day with maid. The machine disappeared.

I cancelled the maid and played for two days. It didn't disappear.

I hired the maid again and played for a day. Machine disappeared.

No I had replaced it then canceled the maid service and it has not disappeared so far.
